K.L.H. Company becomes EURONYL MFC

We are pleased to inform you that Euronyl MFC has moved to a new plant in Beringen from where we are ready to develop  and manufacture high quality components and solutions for the (bio)Medical, pharmaceutical, Food-packaging industry and Cosmetic.

Together with our qualified and motivated trained staff, we are eager to share our knowledge and expertise in product development, tool design and material know-how combined with our state-of-the-art production facilities and equipment.

The strong quality system at Euronyl MFC is based on our continued commitment of satisfying our customer requirements and guidelines.

Moreover it will be covered by the standards of ISO 13485 and our adherence to the quality regulations of GMP and HACCP.

Production facilities & equipment

  • 12 new state-of-the-art  electrical injection moulding machines ranging from 50 to 175 ton clamping force. All equipped with laminar air flow system with direct access into Class I0.000 clean room.
  • 13 high speed injection moulding machines ranging from 35 to 350 ton clamping force in HACCP conditions. 
  • Barcode scanning  integrated into ERP system for product scanning and traceability recording. 
  • Euronyl MFC offers services such as full QA inspections, measurements reports, product registrations and validations. 
  • In house tool shop for manufacture and injection mold maintenance.
